Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy
We value your time and ours. Please review our policies below to ensure the smoothest, most comfortable experience at every visit.
Cancellations
Any cancelled, rescheduled, or missed appointment without 48-hour notice will be assessed the following fee: $50 – Any Appointments.
Patients are required to:
- Let our front desk staff know when there is an issue with your appointment, prior to your appointment.
- Allow adequate time for your appointment.
- Avoid scheduling conflicting appointments on the same day.
- If you have a pre-treatment or numbing treatment, confirm your arrival time with our administrative staff.
- Call our office to confirm your appointment in advance.
Our Cancellation Policy is non-negotiable.
Refunds for Cancellations
Once treatments are purchased, they are transferable to store credit only, unless notified otherwise. Credits may be applied toward any other treatments or products.
Any cancellations, rescheduled, or missed appointments without 48-hour notice will also be assessed the standard cancellation fee.
Groupon & Third-Party Programs
Skin Perfect Brothers is not responsible for refunds on purchases made through affiliated websites such as Groupon, LivingSocial, or any other third-party programs. Please contact the affiliated website directly for refund requests.
If you wish to transfer a purchased package to store credit, 50% of the purchased value will be refunded as store credit, subject to manager's approval.
